The property was great value with courteous staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. - the hotel was so close to the tram runs and public transport.

The deluxe king room is fine and has a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. You can see garden from your window. It offers great service. The employees are all welcoming and affable.

The breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

During our 3-day stay, we had a great time at this place, especially liking its convenient location near public transport, the city center, and the tram.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. New-fashioned rooms complete with internet and bathtub plus twin beds, helpful and excellent staff. Good service and the food is good. Moreover, guests can use parking behind the hotel.

The twin room here comes equipped with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Smell of the rooms. I had to change my first room. It was in 2nd floor. When I asked the reception to change the room dur to strong smell, one of the staf checked the room and agreed regarding the smell and they changed the room. They changed the room to 1st floor. It was much better but still I could easily smell the humidity. I kept the window open so it was ok. I was lucky that the weather was good. I should mention that staff were very nice and helpful.

Terrible, unsafe location; absolutely nothing in this area; front desk staff were rude, pompous, incompetent and blamed Booked.net for hotel's mistakes; 3 staff were needed for check-in and 2 to handle check-out and still process took far too long; food was appalling; no air conditioning; no hot water at any time of day or night; black and white tv only; no concierge and staff did not know anything about how long it would take to travel to key regions Paris; would not recommend this hotel to any one at any time

Very expensive for the sourrounding neigbourhood-nothing around the hotel. Internet 29,90 euro/24h what is a shame for such price of the hotel and is by the way price of a monthly usage via Wanadoo in France. Better to take Novotel for 140 euro in La Defence all inclusive. Merriot should consider its prices which are excuberant.

need to use bus to get to la defense and quite crowded during rush hour because this hotel located in suburb of Paris where most of Parisien living area located. But the bus is very often, so not a big deal.

This place has a modern feel with a cozy family atmosphere in a peaceful location close to the city center, trams to La Defense and central Paris, with plenty of breakfast choices available.

Very good value for money.

Not a very nice neighbourhood in general, but this seems to be undergoing a revamp, so perhaps it will get better over time.

to far, we need to take metro and bus to get there, and in any time it was mentioned that the traveling everyday will be so long. in total we will traveling about 1 our in the morning from the Hotel to any place in Paris, and 1 hour back. so we need to spend extra 10 Euros everyday per person only for transportation.
